This position entails doing duties that cross over many areas, including office management, registrar, health assistant duties, and anything else that needs attention. As such, this position requires a positive and can-do attitude, great interpersonal and organizational skills, professionalism, to be detail oriented, accuracy, flexibility, and punctuality. We teach our students in the English and Spanish language, so being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Management of front office/reception area, answering phones, greeting guests, main point of contact between parents and school. Assisting Business Manager with various accounting and HR duties. Accounts payable and accounting knowledge a plus. Assistant to School Head. Assisting with Health Office duties.
- Responsible for entire student registration process including intake of registration information and data maintenance in student management software, maintenance of student files, and completion of student transfer paperwork and related tasks. Completing data entry for New Mexico Public
Education Department student reporting (this can be taught, but experience in this is a big plus).
